I've always thought that Lent had the best hymns. I'm not sure if that would be absolutely true, but at least I can say with confidence that there are no hymns so beautiful to my ears as those which cry out a confession of our sinfulness and in turn assure us of Christ's pardon and redemption. Great hymns! I can't wait for Lent now!

Lent has kept us busy Pastor Stuckwisch. Are you intending to post your suggestions for the Sundays of Easter, Series A, soon? Thanks for sharing your opinions on and suggestions for Lutheran hymnody.

Dear Broken Beaker,

Yes, I'll be posting hymns for Holy Week and Easter, Series A, as soon as possible. It'll probably be this coming week, despite my good intentions to get it done by this weekend.

Thanks for asking.
